Hello! My name is Lakshmi Sunder (she/her). I’m a junior majoring in Cognitive Science and Creative Writing with a minor in Business Institutions and a certificate in Integrated Marketing Communications. Around campus, I’ve really enjoyed working with Helicon lit mag as the Managing Editor, supporting Students Consulting for Nonprofit Organizations (we’ve done a lot of work with orgs that have similar missions to the Writing Place), and volunteering with Seesaw Theatre and Crescendo for a Cause. In my free time, other than the obvious reading and writing, I enjoy going for runs, singing, and baking (all of which are a work in progress). I’m really looking forward to working with other Northwestern students and helping everyone identify as writers in their own right!
