Fellow – Kasey Hetting -Rolfe

I am a PhD candidate in the Philosophy Department at Northwestern University. My research is about eighteenth- and nineteenth-century disagreements on the nature and aims of philosophic inquiry. My dissertation focuses on Kant’s Critique of Pure Reason and his grounds for denying the possibility of metaphysics. Low-stakes conversations with peers have been immensely important to my development as a scholar. At the Writing Place, I am looking forward to helping my fellow graduate students articulate their own ideas and insights.
