I am a PhD candidate in the Management and Organizations (MORS) department at the Kellogg School of Management. My research uses qualitative, ethnographic, and narrative methods to explore how people experience and make sense of their work and careers, especially during times of personal, organizational, or occupational transition. Before beginning my doctorate, I worked as a corporate social responsibility consultant and nonprofit advisor. Writing, for me, is a creative and iterative practice—a way to clarify, deepen, and stretch my thinking. At the Writing Place, I look forward to partnering with peers from across the university to discover the writing strategies and routines that best support the development, elaboration, and communication of their own ideas.
